If you presented a credit card upon check-in and require Express Check-Out on your departure day, feel free to vacate the room or use the television to check-out. Your account will be processed through your credit card.



For emergency assistance from hotel personnel, please call our special Emergency Number 55.


Housekeeping service is available by request only during this time. Request must be made by noon, for same day service. We are happy to provide any amenities that you may need (towels, soaps, etc.) to your guestroom. Please dial "0" to speak with Guest Services.


To schedule a wake up call, please contact Guest Services, by dialing "0".


Each room is equipped with wireless internet access. Choose @Hyatt_Wifi from the available wireless networks from your device. If you are not automatically directed to the Hyatt Guestroom wireless internet landing page, please open your web browser and attempt to connect to a website. From the landing page please enter your Room Number and Last Name or if applicable, your provided Access Code. Standard Wireless Internet is complimentary.


Because we consider the privacy and confidentiality of your
information to be important, we use your information in accordance
with the Global Privacy Policy for Guests (located at
or by request from the hotel’s Front Desk).


Place all valuables in the safety deposit box located in your closet or at our Reception.
Please do not leave valuables in your room.
Close the door securely whenever you are in the room and please use both the locking bar and
dead bolt provided. Additionally, ensure that connecting and balcony doors are locked properly.
You may verify a hotel staff member by contacting our Communication Center.
Know who is at your door and please use your peephole.
Do not leave room keys on tables or in any other location where they can be lost or stolen.
Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
Please report any suspicious activity to the Front Desk.
Our Housekeeping staff members may request you to place your room key in the door
before allowing you to enter an open room.


Please refer to the information plate on the back of your door and the safety section of this directory for instructions in the event of a fire emergency.
